Survey

I created a fun survey about the outdoors.  I thought it was fun to create the survey.  I could see sending a survey like this home before the start to  a class or outdoor group to gather a sense of where the group is in their outdoor skills.  I would also send one home at the end of the course as a source of reflection and a guide for me as an instructor to see how I did.  I think in these cases the surveys would be more fill in the blank styles.
